Equipment Ownership and Administration

Your business owns its equipment, subscriptions, accounts, and data. EOT administers the systems covered by your agreement using approved administrative access.

Before onboarding, we review supportability, licensing, remote connectivity, access permissions, and the responsibilities of your staff and vendors.

Service Onboarding Process

Service Requirements and Coverage

Can you manage equipment we already own?

Yes. We first review supportability, administrative access, licensing, and system condition. We document any equipment that needs replacement or remediation before it can be reliably managed.

Can you manage our entire business IT environment remotely?

We can coordinate and remotely administer the supported systems included in your agreement—from users and Microsoft 365 to devices, servers, and networking. Physical repairs, new cabling, hardware installation, and some outages still require someone on site.

Do you supply hardware?

We recommend equipment based on your requirements. Your business purchases and owns the gear; procurement assistance and installer coordination can be included in project scope.

Service Scope and Consultation

Services, support hours, response targets, monitoring coverage, tools, licensing, and project work are defined in your agreement. Hardware purchases, third-party subscriptions, and on-site installation are scoped separately.
