Microsoft 365 Administration
Administration of Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, email, collaboration platforms, and tenant policies.

Service Coverage
EOT administers Microsoft 365 users, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and agreed tenant policies. We document access arrangements and configuration changes.
Microsoft 365 Account and Service Relationships
The diagram below summarizes the relationship between organizational accounts, approved access, and the Microsoft 365 services assigned to a user.
Organizational accounts → Access and policy controls → Licensed applications and data
Organizational Accounts
User and group records identify the people and teams in the organization. Joiner, mover, and leaver processes keep these records current.
Access and Policy Controls
Approved roles, multifactor authentication, and applicable Microsoft Entra policies govern access. Configuration depends on the organization’s licenses and requirements.
Applications and Data
Assigned licenses and permissions provide access to services such as Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft OneDrive.

Equipment Ownership and Administration
Your business owns its equipment, subscriptions, accounts, and data. EOT administers the systems covered by your agreement using approved administrative access.
Before onboarding, we review supportability, licensing, remote connectivity, access permissions, and the responsibilities of your staff and vendors.

Service Onboarding Process
1. Environment Review
Understand your users, systems, vendors, business priorities, and current challenges.
2. Service Scope and Authorization
Define supported systems, access permissions, service coverage, responsibilities, and priorities.
3. Onboarding and Administration
Onboard approved systems, document the environment, and review changes as your needs evolve.
Service Requirements and Coverage
Are Microsoft licenses included?
License requirements and costs are identified during scoping. Microsoft subscriptions and any backup or security products are separate unless expressly included in your agreement.
Can you improve an existing tenant?
Yes. We can assess the current configuration, document priorities, and implement approved changes. Migrations and major restructuring are planned as projects.
Is Microsoft 365 the same as a backup?
Retention, recycle bins, and recovery features have limits. We review your recovery needs and recommend an appropriate backup and recovery approach rather than assuming every scenario is covered.
Service Scope and Consultation
Services, support hours, response targets, monitoring coverage, tools, licensing, and project work are defined in your agreement. Hardware purchases, third-party subscriptions, and on-site installation are scoped separately.
